You can contact us at sareemedesignes@gmail.com for assistance on returns within 14 days of delivery. All return postage costs are the customer's responsibility with the exception of damaged items. We will process the refund via the same payment method you used to place the order.

 

Return conditions:

 

The item(s) is unworn and is in its original condition free from any damages, perfumes and marks.

 

The item(s) is sent in its original packaging with tags and invoice.

 

We recommend that all return items are properly packed and insured when sending back as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods.

 

Sareeme reserves the right to not accept the return if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way.
